Sometimes here at Terry Waters French Polishing we save the day for our clients for whom we do subcontracted work.
The policy holder had a claim, dealt with by our client. On returning furniture and belongs to the policyholder an expensive french polished dining room table was damaged. Maybe this was done in transit, maybe carrying it into the property, or maybe something fell over and damaged the table in storage, we will never know.
Our client emailed us to say “OMG OMG we have damaged the policy holders furniture and he’s going mad! If it can’t be repaired we’ll have to buy him a new table!”
We said. “No problem! We’ll go to the customers house and carry out a repair”
We arrive on site at 0800 and by 1100 we are on our way back to TWFP HQ the damage successfully repaired, the policy holder happy and the client breathing a sigh of relief!
