Minimise Waste and Energy

• Specialist removal and recycling procedures deal with returned site waste.
• Our employees have consistently reduced the volume of materials used per employee for the last seven years and it is our aim to continue to do this.
• In our premises, minimising waste is targeted to cover printing, lighting, heating and supplies and reducing equipment costs, covers, standbys and rechargeable power.

Look for alternative materials

• We are moving over, where we can, to water based materials (all of our flooring lacquers have been water based for years). The quality is not yet there for a true match to French Polishing but we will offer the option of water based where appropriate- the base of the this lacquer is oil seed so it is renewable.
• Recycled rags have also been sourced and introduced.
